This is an entry-level, hands-on role supporting our shop technicians with forklift and industrial equipment repairs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, wants to learn a trade, and is looking for long-term growth in a mechanical career. What You'll Do Assist technicians with forklift and equipment repairs Help move, clean, and prep equipment in the shop Perform basic maintenance tasks and shop support work Organize tools, parts, and work areas Support the service team with daily shop operations Follow safety procedures and company standards What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude or interest in learning a skilled trade Reliable, punctual, and willing to work Comfortable in a shop environment Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work Valid driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Previous mechanic experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.
