We provide stable, hands-on work for skilled trades professionals in a safety-focused environment where your expertise helps keep essential systems running. What You Will Do Install, maintain, and repair industrial plumbing and steam systems Service pumps, boilers, water mains, hydrants, and drainage systems Maintain equipment such as sump pumps, sewage ejectors, and tunnel drainage systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and HVAC-related systems Diagnose equipment issues and perform corrective maintenance Support safe and efficient operations across industrial facilities Collaborate with supervisors and project teams to complete work assignments What You Bring Journeyman-level experience in plumbing or steam fitting CDL with tank endorsement Hands-on experience in plumbing, steam fitting, or mechanical maintenance Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Knowledge of industrial plumbing systems, water systems, and mechanical equipment Ability to safely operate tools and diagnostic equipment High school diploma or GED Experience in industrial or facilities maintenance Why Join Us Work on critical infrastructure systems Expand your skills across plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems Stable, full-time position with consistent work Team environment that values safety, reliability, and craftsmanship Work Environment Industrial setting with indoor and outdoor work Exposure to varying weather conditions Physical role requiring standing, walking, and lifting Regular lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds Benefits Paid training and certifications Overtime opportunities 15 days
