When:
Second Shift:
2:00 p.m•10:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturday or Sunday. Training will take place on first shift (6:00 a.m.•2:30 p.m.) for at least 30 days. What we

What you'll be doing: Keep production running smoothly during production. Trouble shoot and calibrate equipment to specifications, replace parts. Log all equipment work orders and completions, process requisitions, testing and ordering parts. Perform preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specified procedures. Inspect or test damaged machine parts and mark defective areas and communicate to team lead for repair. Work as a team with machine operators, maintenance in training, production supervisors, leads, sanitation or other workers. Trouble shoot electrical automation, follow all OSHA, BRC, CCP and food safety standards Participate in continuous improvement through identifying areas of opportunity, implementing changes, and training at all levels. What you'll bring to the team: You are reliable, punctual, and will have excellent attendance. You work well with others, stay calm under pressure. Have a learning attitude. You are organized, efficient, and can juggle multiple deadlines and priorities at once. You are self-motivated, work well independently, and stay on task with minimal supervision. You can push, pull, lift, and move 50-75 lbs. on occasion and 5-30 lbs. frequently throughout the shift. Have good dexterity and ability to use various hand tools. You are physically able to stand for long periods of time, as well as crouch, bend, climb stairs, steps, and ladders. You understand the importance of Personal Protective Safety Equipment and Lock Out Tag Out. You care about your work and you always strive for quality.
Experience:
3-5 years maintenance experience. Computer skills required, specifically MS Word, Excel, and experience with data entry in web-based portals. Previous experience in food manufacturing a plus but willing to train the right candidate. Electrical certifications, machining, welding. Why choose Partners over the other big names?
