Industrial Maintenance Mechanic — Two Locations $2,500 Sign-On Bonus | Competitive Pay Based on Experience | Full Benefits Legacy Snack Solutions is a growing SQF-certified food manufacturer with facilities in Waukesha and Cudahy, WI. We are hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics at both locations on all three shifts. This is a hands-on role with real variety — if you have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and building systems and take safety seriously, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Service and maintain HVAC systems throughout the facility Maintain gas systems and burner equipment including ovens and proofers Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot metal detection equipment Troubleshoot and repair food manufacturing and packaging line equipment Perform electrical and mechanical repairs and maintenance Execute preventative maintenance schedules and complete work orders on time Maintain building and facility systems Perform food-grade welding and fabrication as needed Support some PLC troubleshooting as needed Boiler systems knowledge or certification a bonus Work within GMP, SQF, and facility safety standards Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Shift What We're Looking For:

3+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or industrial production (required) Experience with boiler systems, HVAC, gas systems, and/or burner equipment Strong mechanical and electrical background — ability to read schematics and use diagnostic equipment Packaging line maintenance experience Metal detector experience a plus Some PLC experience helpful Food-grade welding experience a plus CMMS experience helpful Working knowledge of GMP and SQF standards Safety-first mindset — committed to safe work practices every shift
