Mechanical Assembly Operator $24ph 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm Manitowoc, WI Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in the Manitowoc area. This role involves operating production equipment, assembling components, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment including ovens, washers, conveyors, and forming/bending machines Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools and fixtures Inspect finished components and perform minor repairs as needed Follow blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings Maintain production standards for quality, efficiency, and safety Complete required documentation and basic computer entry Lift, move, and position materials and components throughout the production process Work collaboratively within a team-oriented manufacturing environment #Manitowoc1

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring tools Experience operating production or fabrication equipment preferred Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work throughout the shift Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation Ability to complete on-the-job training within the first 60 days If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to manitowoc@flexstaff.com.
