Maintenance Technician - Mechanic and Electrical

Overview Pay:

$31.00 - $34.00 + $1.50 shift differential

Shift:

3rd (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role supports production equipment in a manufacturing environment. Day‑to‑day work includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, repairing and replacing components, supporting line startups and changeovers, and completing work orders in a CMMS system.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals Support equipment installations and alignments Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year technical degree preferred Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Proficient with CMMS and MS Office Able to interpret technical drawings and precision measuring tools Completion of internal certification testing required
