Experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We're looking for an Experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our Maintenance team in Martinsburg, West Virginia! In this role, you'll perform mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on production and plant equipment to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and minimal downtime. What You'll Do Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Coordinate work across shifts for smooth transitions. Participate in project work when not responding to urgent repairs. Perform fabrication and welding work. Mentor other mechanics when needed. What You'll Need Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of lubrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drives. Proficient in the use of precision tools and measuring instruments. Problem-solving and proactive improvement mindset.
