Job Description

The Facility Maintenance Worker performs skilled and semi-skilled work in the installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, security and structural systems of City buildings and facilities. Qualifications High School Diploma or the equivalent Three (3) years' experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of building operating systems and facilities; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
