$15.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Northcutt Realty, Auburn, AL Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Maintenance Administrative Assistant to support our maintenance operations and office administration. This position serves as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and team members regarding maintenance-related requests and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist residents, vendors, and team members. Respond promptly and professionally to emails and online inquiries. Receive, enter, assign, and track maintenance work orders. Follow up on outstanding work orders to ensure timely completion. Communicate with residents regarding maintenance scheduling and updates. Maintain accurate records and documentation for maintenance activities. File and organize physical and electronic documents. Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor communication. Support maintenance staff with administrative tasks and reporting. Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Perform general administrative and clerical duties. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative, office, customer service, or property management experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Experience with property management software is a plus but not required.
