MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST
- Anticipated Transfer (HVAC)
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Good general health. High school graduate. Successful experience, certification or assessment, or training in specialty area. Valid Alabama driver's license required. Valid commercial driver's license required within six month of employment (Construction only). Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable
REPORTS TO
Working Foreman
SUPERVISES
Provides technical assistance to and supervision of maintenance technicians as required by the Assistant Superintendent of Operations.
JOB GOAL
To provide students with safe, clean, attractive, and reasonably comfortable facilities and to protect the investment in buildings, grounds, and equipment.
