Job Description

The City of Foley is hiring seasonal Parks Maintenance Workers in the Parks and Recreation Department.
Examples of Work:
Maintainis public areas, mowing grass, weed eating, edging, blowing, trimming trees, and shrubs. Removes debris, trash, and empties trash receptacles in parks. Assits with cleaning restrooms. Assists with event set-ups and break-downs.
Requirements:
Must be 16 years of age or older. Must possess physical tolerance to work outside in extreme conditions and have tolerance for walking extended periods of time, bending, and lifting heavy loads. Must be willing to work nonstandard hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
Other:
Successful applicants must hold a valid driver's license and pass a criminal background check (including driving record), physical, and drug screen.
