Responsibilities The responsibility of the Plant Utility Person is to maintain the general plant duties and will be doing alot of Painting inside the facility. The Plant Utility Person is also responsible for coordinating and monitoring plant cleaning supplies, miscellaneous operating supplies and for outside maintenance such as snow removal from the side walks and maintenance of the grounds and landscaping.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment Maintain and perform general facility cleaning duties Immediately communicate unsafe conditions, acts or injuries to Maintenance Manager Coordinate and monitor sufficient levels of cleaning and miscellaneous operating supplies Practice proper forklift operation and preventive maintenance Perform general grounds and landscaping maintenance Maintain and build job skills through company training programs Complete errands and other miscellaneous projects as required Provide excellent communication with Maintenance Manager and all plant employees Understand and practice

Physical Requirements:
