Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and building systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs. Maintain and repair facility infrastructure such as doors, windows, walls, and flooring. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Work Environment This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. The role may require occasional overtime and on-call availability for emergency repairs.
