Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our team and help keep our facilities in top condition. In this energetic role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, equipment repairs, and general upkeep to ensure a safe, functional, and attractive environment. Your proactive approach and hands-on skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our property, creating a welcoming space for employees, visitors, and clients alike. Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, tractors, skid steers,fork lifts and other construction equipment safely and effectively for various repair and installation projects. Perform routine building maintenance including plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and HVAC system checks to ensure operational efficiency. Monthly Greasing of Grain elevators and drag lines. Tractors and forklifts Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems. Have a maintenance schedule of oil changes on trucks, tractors and fork lifts. Keep a shop clean and ready to use at all times. Being able to change out electric motors, and bearings on feed mill equipment. electrical is a plus
