Possible over time for after hour calls for emergencies to be alternated between other maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing various maintenance tasks such as toilets, faucets, lights, etc. Reliable transportation, drivers license required. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations of the facility. Alternating emergency after hour calls with other maintenance staff. Requirements Proficiency in English (Spanish appreciated) Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
