Requirements:
Perform lawn care and maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, raking, fertilizing). Assist with planting, sod installation, and other landscaping projects. Support sprinkler/irrigation system installation and basic maintenance. Safely operate hand tools and power equipment. Install mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident. Post-hire background check and employment eligibility (e-Verify) check required of foreign and domestic workers. Post hire motor vehicle exam required only of foreign and domestic workers who drive a company vehicle (driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position.) Employment:
500 Blake Bottom Road N. W Building B Huntsville, AL 35806 and 113 Spacegate Dr. NW, Huntsville, AL 5806 and multiple worksites within Bibb, Blount, Chilton, Colbert, Cullman, Jefferson, Lauderdale, Limestone, Madison, Marshall, Morgan, St Clair, Shelby and Walker counties.
Standard Schedule:
6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday 40 hours per week) Board /
Lodging:
If requested, employer helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paid lodging.
Wage:
$17.69 per hour (OT hours vary @ $26.54 per hour). Raises and/or bonuses may be offered at employer's discretion, based on individual factors such as performance, skill, and tenure.
Deductions:
Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Voluntary deductions must be pre-authorized in writing and may include the following: Employer deducts reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer-arranged housing (cost TBD). Employer may deduct retirement/savings plan contributions and/or health insurance premiums for workers voluntarily participating in plan(s).

Equipment:
Employer provides without charge company-specific uniform and all tools, supplies and equipment necessary to perform duties assigned.
Transportation :
For non-local workers (i.e., residing outside normal commuting distance), employer pays or reimburses inbound travel costs no later than the 50% point in contract period. Inbound travel includes transportation costs from worker's permanent residence or place of recruitment, a daily meal subsistence, and reasonable lodging costs, if applicable. Subsistence reimbursements based on rates specified in the Federal Register (currently $16.78 per day minimum without receipts; and with receipts, $68.00 per day maximum for meals with $110.00 per day maximum for lodging). Transportation reimbursements will not exceed least-cost common carrier rate. Employer provides or pays outbound travel costs upon completion of the contract or early dismissal, except where the worker has subsequent employment. No daily transportation to/from workers' home and primary worksite. Such transportation complies with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws/regulations. Employer provides incidental transport between job sites.
Three-Fourths Guarantee:
Employer will offer hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period, starting with the first workday after worker's arrival and ending on the contract end date or any extension thereof. Employer may count all hours worked and any hours offered (but not worked) within the standard work schedule. Workers who voluntarily abandon employment are not entitled to payment for outbound travel costs or the full three-fourths guarantee described above.
