Job Description
The Floor Tech/Maintenance Assistant is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and overall condition for the floors in all common areas of the facility while assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in assuring a safe, clean, and sanitary environment is maintained. Responsibilities and Duties Operate and maintain floor scrubbing machines Clean and sanitize floors using appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with the facility preventive maintenance program. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with routine daily maintenance inside and outside of the facility. Act as 24-hour on-call liaison for all facility emergency and non-emergency situations.
