Maintenance Assistant Centers for Youth and Families, INC - 2.8 Little Rock, AR Job Details Part-time 2 days ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description This is a part time position with hours varying from 20 - 30 hours per week. Maintains Buildings And Equipment Performs minor carpentry duties Services bathrooms and drain and sewage stoppage Checks and cleans filters/screen on washer, dryer and ice machines Checks lights and replaces bulbs as needed Ensures proper temperature on water heaters Changes outlet or wall switches Replaces light fixtures Performs safety inspections of all new electrical equipment and inspects on annual basis Moves furniture upon request Performs other miscellaneous maintenance tasks High School education or equivalent Two years experience in the maintenance of buildings and equipment Valid Arkansas driver's license with record acceptable in insurance carrier The Centers is committed to meeting the unique and evolving needs of individuals by providing comprehensive, integrated care that promotes physical, emotional, and social wellness for all.
