A growing stone fabrication company in the East Valley is seeking a motivated Maintenance Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning mechanical systems, and building a long-term career in industrial maintenance. The Maintenance Apprentice will work alongside experienced team members to learn the operation, maintenance, and repair of fabrication equipment, vehicles, facilities, and production systems. No extensive experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Assist with preventative maintenance on fabrication machinery and equipment Help troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform routine facility maintenance and repairs Support vehicle and forklift maintenance schedules Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records Assist with equipment installations and upgrades Follow all company safety procedures and regulations Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude and interest in maintenance or skilled trades Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Valid driver's license preferred
