Job Description
Maintenance (main role) Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across the property and guest facilities. Help maintain equipment, utilities, tools, and outdoor infrastructure. Troubleshoot small mechanical issues and assist with preventive maintenance. Support site improvements, repairs, and seasonal setup projects. Assist with construction, carpentry, painting, plumbing, or basic electrical tasks when needed. Marine & Outdoor Support Assist with boat-related operations and waterfront logistics when needed. Support outdoor activities and help maintain recreational equipment. Fishing, boating, or marine experience is a strong plus. Versatile Team Support Occasionally support housekeeping, food service, or guest activities depending on operational needs. Help maintain clean and welcoming shared spaces around camp. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a great guest experience. Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable solving practical problems. Experience in maintenance, construction, mechanical work, or outdoor hospitality. Mechanical skills are highly valued. Experience with boats, fishing, or marine environments is a big plus. Comfortable working outdoors in a remote natural setting. Versatile and adaptable — every day is different. Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to help wherever needed.
