This energetic position offers the opportunity to work across various maintenance disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and facilities management. You will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties Conduct regular inspections of equipment, systems, and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards Perform electrical work utilizing schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) Carry out welding tasks and mechanical repairs using proper techniques and safety standards Maintain facility infrastructure through residential painting, carpentry, plumbing, and general upkeep Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule preventive maintenance Supervise or assist with maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Support manufacturing operations by maintaining equipment uptime and responding promptly to operational issues Lead or assist in supervising team members during maintenance activities while fostering a collaborative environment Follow schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical systems effectively Skills Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and mechanical components with the ability to interpret technical drawings Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in automated systems Skilled in welding techniques and residential painting with an eye for quality finishes Proficient in using tools such as ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment for electrical troubleshooting Solid understanding of facilities maintenance practices within manufacturing or residential environments Leadership experience in supervising or guiding maintenance teams or projects Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and record keeping Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams fluently in English Mechanical aptitude combined with problem-solving skills to address diverse maintenance challenges efficiently Join us as a KSCP Maintenance Attendant if you're passionate about maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
