Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Building Maintenance Person to join our team.
The schedule:
9am-6pm or 10am-7pm. Being available to work weekends and holidays is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks such as trouble shoot television, phones, clock radios, painting, carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical repairs, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and have a good working knowledge of building maintenance. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain equipment and machinery. Perform preventative maintenance in suites Inspect suites/equipment for safety and operational issues. Follow safety procedures when working with hazardous materials. Clean and organize the shop area. Keep records of maintenance activities. Repair/replaces windows and mirrors Maintain exterior of building and grounds as necessary
