Part-time / Full-time (flexible scheduling available) About Us Carlsbad Golf Center is a fast-paced, customer-focused driving range dedicated to providing a clean, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all guests. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our maintenance team and help keep our facility running at its best. Position Overview As a Maintenance Crew Member, you'll play a key role in keeping the driving range and facility clean, safe, and fully operational. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that involves equipment operation, groundskeeping, and general facility upkeep. Key Responsibilities Pick golf balls from the driving range (manually and with range equipment) Wash and restock golf balls into automated machines Operate equipment such as range pickers, mowers, weed trimmers, and other tools Maintain landscaping including mowing, trimming, weeding, and pruning Perform general facility maintenance (power washing, light repairs, replacing bulbs, etc.) Keep the property clean by emptying trash, picking up debris, and maintaining restrooms Assist with additional maintenance projects and team tasks as needed Cross-train to support other areas of the operation when required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to safely operate equipment and hand tools (training provided) Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Positive attitude and team-player mindset Ability to follow directions and work independently Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Work Environment Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions Flexible scheduling available; morning, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts may be assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift Why Join Us?
