Full Job Description Summary:
Complete various tasks to help keep buildings function, comfortable, and safe by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Handle simple maintenance and repair projects. Handle minor electrical, plumbing and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) service tasks such as replacing filters and light bulbs. Completing outdoor improvements, such as clean drain filters and gutters, repairing cracks in driveways and parking areas. Improve structure appearances by painting, staining, sealing, etc. Assembling furniture, appliances, and electronics. Keeping tools, equipment and supplies organized. Maintaining cleaning equipment and cleaning inventory and work areas

Education/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent, such as a
GED Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write and speak effectively to other employees and managers.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
Ability to use browser search engines to find parts for repairs.
