Position:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of a private estate. This role is entirely focused on keeping the grounds, vehicles, and outdoor living areas in pristine condition. This is a stable, single-location position. You will not be required to travel between different job sites, perform any interior house cleaning, or handle major electrical or plumbing repairs. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and can independently manage the daily aesthetic upkeep of a large property.
Core Responsibilities:
Property Detailing:
Pressure wash, hose down, and sweep driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks to ensure they remain spotless.
Landscape Upkeep & Minor Repairs:
Perform regular trimming and cutting of trees and hedges, rake leaves, pull weeds, and handle minor landscape or sprinkler repairs to keep the 2-acre grounds looking immaculate.
Vehicle Fleet Care:
Regularly wash, vacuum, and detail the household vehicles.
Outdoor Living Areas:
Keep all patio furniture, outdoor kitchen spaces, and exterior light fixtures clean, wiped down, and free of cobwebs or debris.
General Exterior Maintenance:
Manage exterior trash and recycling bins, organize storage sheds or garage spaces, and proactively address any general exterior clutter.
Requirements:
Prior experience in groundskeeping, professional landscaping, auto detailing, or exterior property maintenance. Ability to safely operate basic landscaping equipment (trimmers, blowers, pressure washers). Highly self-motivated with a strong eye for detail—you notice what needs to be cleaned or trimmed without needing a checklist. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and a strong track record of punctuality.
