North County We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in hotel or apartment maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate should have their own car and tools and be able to perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our properties.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify and resolve issues Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs and maintenance Perform unit improvements or upgrades such as drywall and paint Troubleshoot and repair appliances and equipment Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of properties Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in hotel or apartment maintenance Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repiar Must have own car and tools If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume or call 760-583-3793 for a phone interview.
