Job Description

Waste Pro State Location Waste Pro North Carolina Summary This position is responsible for general labor duties including maintaining the building and grounds for the Waste Pro facility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsibility for general building maintenance Responsibility for maintaining cleanliness of facility including restrooms, storage areas, garages and grounds. Walks property to check for repairs Removes environmental hazards Parking lot maintenance -cleans and maintains a safe parking lot and outlying property. Maintains the ground foliage including grass, plants and trees. Mows grass, trims trees, weeds flower beds, edges borders, and cleans gutters as needed. Paints specified areas as determined CDL Required No CDL Required ..................................................................................
OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Employees in this job classification must attend and participate in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned. Employees in this job classification are responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by Waste Pro Any additional job duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to perform labor work High School education/GED or equivalent preferred Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools Ability to follow directions and work as a team or independently
