(Fresno/Merced/Modesto/Bakersfield) •
Mileage Reimbursement Working Hours/Shift:
Monday, Wednesday & Fridays, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (flexible start/end times and days. Must be available to work 3 (8 hour shifts).

SBHG:
High school diploma or equivalent required (e.g. GED, HiSET, etc.). Certification courses or equivalent in vocational training or apprenticeship in construction and/or maintenance trade(s) preferred. (1) year building maintenance experience required (three or more years preferred). Experience working with State CCL and DHCS, local fire authority, OSHA, and TJC regulations is highly preferred. Valid California Driver's License required and eligibility to meet agency driving criteria required How you will make a difference: Performs preventive maintenance and emergency repair to facility buildings, equipment, grounds and vehicles, including utilities plumbing, masonry, carpentry, electric, refrigeration and heating and air conditioning. Receives deliveries and delivers materials and supplies to appropriate departments. Performs miscellaneous sanitation duties such as sweeping and cleaning the surrounding sidewalks and garage area, and emptying and cleaning trash containers. Paints interior and exterior surfaces as assigned. Manually lifts and moves furniture and equipment. Available for on-call emergency repair situations. Maintains various department logs in writing. Monitors and contributes to the cleanliness of the facility. Takes vehicles to dealer or approved mechanic for routine scheduled maintenance. Performs basic repair and maintenance tasks. Coordinates and works with facility service vendors. Travel required by utilizing personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement included) Monthly stipend included (Cell phone / Internet)
Program Overview:
Supports the Maintenance Department in ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained across all programs. Plays a key role in daily operations through repairs, upkeep, vendor coordination, and sanitation, contributing to a clean, efficient environment for staff and clients.
