You are responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair requests, and implementing preventive maintenance measures. Here are key aspects of your role: 1.
Routine Maintenance:
You perform regular maintenance tasks to keep the hotel's facilities in good working order. This may include tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing plumbing fixtures, unclogging drains, and maintaining HVAC systems. 2.
Repairs:
You respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff, promptly assessing and addressing issues. This could involve fixing malfunctioning appliances, repairing furniture or fixtures, or addressing electrical or plumbing problems. 3.
Preventive Maintenance:
You implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure the longevity of assets. This includes conducting regular inspections, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and performing routine maintenance checks on systems and machinery. 4.
Safety and Compliance:
