This role is responsible for helping maintain the facility, equipment, and grounds in a safe, clean, and efficient manner to support a comfortable environment for our residents and staff. About Jurupa Hills Post Acute Jurupa Hills Post Acute is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We are committed to maintaining a safe and well-functioning facility that enhances the daily experience of our residents. Schedule Full-Time Pay Range $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility and grounds Complete daily work orders and follow assigned maintenance schedules Maintain outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots, and landscaping Assist with basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks Replace light bulbs, maintain fixtures, and ensure overall facility functionality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Report safety hazards, equipment issues, and incidents promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor Coordinate tasks in resident areas with nursing staff to minimize disruption Follow all safety regulations, infection control practices, and facility policies Qualifications Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred, ideally in a healthcare or SNF setting Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Benefits (Full-Time Employees) Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for growth and advancement We are an equal opportunity employer.
