Refurbish med carts and treatment carts for Omnicare of Northern California. Manage the storage, relocation and tracking of these items in Sales Force. When applicable help make equipment deliveries if needed.
Job Purpose And Summary:
Assists in the management of day-to-day repairs and cart refurbishment within the Cart Refurbishment Location. Helps establish and implement preventative cart maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, spare cart parts appropriation, inventory control, cart inventory reporting, participates in Office Hours meetings and complete refurbishment of 10 carts or more carts per week. Provides administrative and operational support to facility maintenance functions to ensure the smooth operation of facility maintenance activities and providing timely assistance to facility maintenance teams. Assists in coordinating maintenance requests, managing work orders, maintaining maintenance records, and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Maintains and repairs medication and treatments carts Preventative maintenance of medication and treatments carts Inspects malfunctioning equipment of medication and treatments carts and assists with corrective actions required to restore medication and treatment carts to satisfactory operating conditions. Assists with monitoring the medication and treatments carts and identifies potential equipment safety hazards that need to be addressed. Parts appropriation & inventory control for medication and treatment carts Assists with monitoring the work environment and identifies potential equipment safety hazards that need to be addressed. Communicates assignments of asset management system work orders currently in SalesForce. Completes training programs that focus on basic maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required Relevant Work Experience:
< 1 year of maintenance or repair experience

Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
