Job Description

Job description: Make a difference in the lives of older adults! Argento Westchester is a premier memory care community in Los Angeles. We aim to promote wellness in our residents, with dignity and respect. We have an immediate Full Time position for a maintenance assistant to join our team. Prior experience as a handyman and in an assisted living setting or senior care is preferred. Job responsibilities may include (not limited to):
  • Perform maintenance and repairs
  • Respond to maintenance requests
  • Conduct routine safety and building upkeep checks
  • Assist with room set ups and furniture moves
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Report needed repairs
  • Work with outside vendors as directed
  • Follow safety and facility policies A Qualified Candidate Needs to
Be:
  • able to understand and follow instructions in English
  • communicate effectively with other staff and residents
  • eligible to work in the United States
  • able to work as a team and follow directions
  • at least 18 years of age.
