00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to support the day-to-day maintenance and operation of our facilities for a six-month temporary assignment. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, basic repairs, equipment installations, and general upkeep of manufacturing and office spaces to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment, doors, restrooms, and other high-use areas. Conduct routine inspections of building systems and identify maintenance needs. Troubleshoot and perform basic electrical repairs and maintenance. Assist with the installation, relocation, and setup of equipment and facility assets. Support maintenance and repair activities within manufacturing and office environments. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility-related issues. Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and repair work. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary. Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and facility standards. Help ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Qualifications 3-5 years of maintenance, facilities, or related technical experience; manufacturing environment preferred. Working knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and building systems. Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair experience. Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical manuals, and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and move materials or equipment up to 50 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of workplace safety practices and OSHA regulations. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial facilities. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry. Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
