Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep turf healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements like patios and walkways Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for pruning, trimming, planting, and general maintenance Operate equipment such as excavators, snow plows (seasonally), and irrigation systems to support landscape projects Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Assist with construction projects involving landscape installation or hardscape features Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping machinery and hand tools Familiarity with lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques Knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening practices, and plant health management Ability to operate power tools safely including trimmers, blowers, saws, and other landscaping equipment Experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is a plus Prior experience in landscaping or construction environments preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects as needed Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety standards Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes!
