No Job Description We're looking for dedicated General Maintenance Workers who are committed to keeping our skilled nursing facility safe, reliable, and fully operational. In this role, you'll perform a wide range of general, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and preventive maintenance duties to support resident safety, comfort, and continuity of care. You'll inspect, maintain, and repair building systems, equipment, and infrastructure while assisting with life safety systems, emergency preparedness, and patient transportation as needed—including operating employer-owned vehicles. Key Responsibilities Perform general, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and preventive maintenance duties Inspect, maintain, and repair building systems, equipment, and infrastructure Support life safety systems and emergency preparedness efforts Assist with patient transportation, including operating employer-owned vehicles Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards Maintain operational readiness to support resident care Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver safe, reliable facility services that directly support resident care and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
