The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. The Maintenance Assistant will also be expected to assist with the upkeep of the ground. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working with their hands.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair all equipment in the facility. Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. Order parts and supplies as needed. Assist with the installation of new equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment. Provide assistance to other maintenance personnel.
