Key Responsibilities Assist with daily maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting Support make‑ready operations: painting, cleaning, minor repairs, and unit punch‑list completion Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Help maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance shop organization Perform preventative maintenance as directed by the Lead Maintenance Technician Identify and report safety hazards, needed repairs, and supply shortages Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents Qualifications Experience in maintenance, make‑ready, construction, or related field preferred Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repair techniques Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Positive attitude and team‑oriented work ethic Benefits Through BG Staffing Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws Referral bonus opportunities About BG Staffing BG Staffing is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in the property management and multifamily industry.
