Maintenance General Laborer

Maintenance General Laborer Workgrove Landscape Overview The Maintenance gardening Laborer/ driver; is responsible for performing a variety of routine maintenance, sprinkler repairs or report repairs. other Responsibilites for maintaining landscapes, lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas to ensure they are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. This role includes pruning shrubs, maintain planter areas, watering, adjust timers, blow, weed and general grounds upkeep Responsibilities Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns Prune shrubs or trim shrubs, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and plants Water plants and monitor irrigation systems Remove weeds and clean up debris Apply fertilizers safely and according to guidelines Clean and maintain garden tools and equipment Remove debris, leaves, and trash from grounds Assist with seasonal landscaping tasks (planting, leaf cleanup) Identify plant diseases or pest problems and report concerns Drive company vehicles Lead and direct team Qualifications Valid Drivers license Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods Comfortable working in various weather condition Work Environment Primarily outdoors Exposure to heat, cold, rain, dust, and pollen May require early mornings, weekends, overtime Previous landscaping or gardening experience preferred Knowledge of plants, lawn care, and basic landscaping techniques Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Ability to work independently and follow instructions
