Job Description:

Prepares daily time and attendance records for the maintenance team. Keeps the work calendar and maintenance schedule up to date. Develops and maintains databases and tracking systems to facilitate department operations and programs. Enters daily service data and prepares and distributes necessary reports. Assists the Maintenance team in contacting external and internal suppliers to assist in troubleshooting or acquiring parts or components for Maintenance. Assists the maintenance team in participating in training and keeping records up to date. Assists in maintaining the filing system, including maintenance history files, component files, work orders, operator reports, inspection forms, and Safety and Quality System reports. Performs various administrative tasks, including receiving and transmitting messages, distributing correspondence, entering invoices and materials, preparing correspondence, and others. Processes receipt of invoices and payment orders, keeping the system updated for queries, if necessary, always ensuring easy access by the relevant departments. Participates in meetings, prepares agendas, minutes, and other related supporting documents to share with the Maintenance team. Must adhere to regular time and attendance standards. Assists to Monitor for safety hazards, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and follow all safety procedures. Assist in managing maintenance supplies and equipment, keeping an inventory, and stocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and maintain a sanitary work environment at all times. Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized. Follow signs for hairnets, handwashing, and other standards. Adhere to the designated uniform color code applicable to the work environment. Use equipment, tools, and materials safely and efficiently. Immediately report injuries or accidents to your supervisor or HR. Adhere to safety policies and procedures; attend relevant Food Safety Trainings. Follow FSMA, HACCP, SQF, and all safety regulations. .
