Maintenance Worker Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to support our facilities team in day-to-day building operations, general maintenance, and event support.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general building maintenance, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot basic facility issues and develop practical solutions on-site Support building operations, including maintenance of doors, lighting, furniture, and minor plumbing Maintain building cleanliness and exterior grounds (sidewalks, washing, debris removal) Complete routine inspections of elevators, generators, wheelchair lifts, and fire extinguishers Assist with event setup, teardown, and day-of coordination with minimal disruption Respond to and complete Facilities work orders (moves, replacements, restocking) Provide general support to the facilities team as needed, including occasional after-hours work
Qualifications:
