In this vital role, you will support the upkeep of our residential and manufacturing facilities by performing a variety of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with repairs. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute to a safe, functional environment for staff and residents alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in facilities management while making a tangible impact every day. Duties Assist with routine maintenance tasks across residential and manufacturing facilities, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural repairs Conduct facilities maintenance including painting, carpentry, and general housekeeping to uphold safety standards Operate testing tools such as ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance and ensure system integrity Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents or staff Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments Skilled in residential painting for repairs or upgrades Strong understanding of electrical safety practices and experience using tools like ohmmeters Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to expand their technical skills while contributing to a safe, well-maintained environment.
