Broomfield, CO Schedule Position hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM Off days:

Sunday and Monday Note:

Days and times may vary depending on season and project needs Some extended hours, weekends, holidays, or adjusted shifts may be required during peak seasons or weather events Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required) Must pass background check and drug screening Primary Responsibilities Trash pickup and debris removal (frequent walking required) Assist motorists and roadway patrons with assorted issues Tow truck support and roadway assistance Landscaping duties (string trimming, mowing, weed control) Delineation and sign maintenance Routine roadway inspections Daily flag placements Snow shoveling and winter maintenance duties Other duties as assigned Skills Strong situational awareness and ability to remain calm under pressure Effective communication with agencies, coworkers, and the public Strong problem-solving skills to assess and respond to incidents quickly Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Work Style Able to work independently or as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and priorities Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, and balancing Work performed outdoors in all Colorado weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, rain) Regular exposure to traffic, heavy equipment, and emergency situations Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided For More Information, please
