Key Responsibilities Complete make‑ready tasks including cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and unit punch‑list items Assist with general maintenance work such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting Perform basic work orders and respond to resident service requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop, tools, and inventory Support lead maintenance staff with preventative maintenance and special projects Ensure all work meets safety standards and property quality expectations Report needed repairs, safety hazards, and supply needs promptly Qualifications Previous experience in property maintenance, make‑ready, construction, or related field preferred Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, and building systems Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset, and willingness to learn Benefits Through BG Staffing Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws Referral bonus opportunities About BG Staffing BG Staffing is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in the property management and multifamily industry.
