We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional results and understand that every missed detail can impact a guest's experience. Position Overview As an Airbnb Cleaner & Property Turnover Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing our short-term and mid-term rental properties to meet strict hospitality standards between guest stays. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction, reviews, and the overall success of our business. We are looking for individuals who consistently deliver high-quality work, communicate effectively, and understand that attention to detail matters. Responsibilities Perform detailed turnover cleanings of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Inspect properties thoroughly to ensure they meet SOMOS quality standards before guest arrival. Make beds and stage rooms according to company presentation standards. Clean and sanitize all high-touch surfaces, appliances, fixtures, and furnishings. Check for dust, stains, hair, odors, and other issues that could negatively impact a guest's experience. Restock guest supplies, including toiletries, paper products, coffee, tea, and other amenities. Photograph completed work and submit reports when required. Identify and immediately report maintenance concerns, damages, missing items, or safety hazards. Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to ensure properties are guest-ready on time. Follow company checklists and standard operating procedures without exception. What We're Looking For Previous residential, hotel, vacation rental, or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and maintain high standards without direct supervision. Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality. Strong communication skills and responsiveness. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable using a smartphone to receive assignments, complete checklists, and communicate with management. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Success in This Role Means You consistently leave properties in a condition that exceeds guest expectations.
