Ft. Collins to Longmont, I-25

Corridor Area Wage Range :

$18-$22 per hour

Experience Required :

Experience in both landscape replacement and general handyman work (2+ years)

Job Description :

We are urgently seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our maintenance team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and landscapes are well-maintained and functional. This position requires versatility in both landscape and general handyman tasks, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), painting, sheetrock, and more. Skid steer experience is preferred. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and enjoy working independently, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Perform landscape replacement tasks, including basic landscaping work Conduct general maintenance tasks such as repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units Repair or replace broken fixtures, doors, windows, locks, and other building components Install and assemble furniture and equipment as needed Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance or repair issues Perform routine upkeep, including painting, caulking, and minor construction work Ensure all safety systems are functional, including fire alarms, emergency exits, and lighting Maintain and organize tools and equipment; ensure they are in good working condition Operate skid steer and other machinery as needed Work with contractors and other team members on larger projects Follow all safety protocols and company policies during work and repairs Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or related fields Experience with landscape replacement, MEP, painting, and sheetrock Skid steer experience preferred Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment and systems Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks at once Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently or with a team Basic understanding of safety and maintenance protocols A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation :
