Job Description

Property management company is looking for an experienced building maintenance tech. Duties including appliance repair, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and custodial and ground maintenance. Candidate must have a valid driver's license with no DUI's in the last 5 years. Hours 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday (some on call evenings and weekends) Starts at $18 an hour
