Our Climax Mine is located between Frisco and Leadville - the seat of Lake County and the highest incorporated city in the United States. ## Description Our Temporary Summer Worker program is tailored to individuals who are currently enrolled in an Associate's degree program or in the first or second year of a four (4)-year program (of any type) from an accredited college or university. The length of the program typically runs from mid-May to mid-August.

- Willing and able to accept a temporary, three (3) month assignment (anticipated to last from mid-to-end of May through beginning-to-mid August)
- Interest in and/or exposure to mining operations
- Willing and able to work a rotating shift What We Offer You
- The estimated pay range for this role is currently $26.25 - $26.75/hour. What We Require
- Candidates may be required to pass a medical exam.
- Candidates must pass all required training and/or testing.
- Employees may be required to work a non-standard schedule, which may include shift work (other than day shift) at a 24/7, 365-day operation.
