This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance talents in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical wiring, lighting, heating, cooling systems, and structural components. Use schematics and technical manuals to diagnose problems accurately and execute repairs efficiently. Conduct residential painting projects and minor carpentry work to maintain the property's aesthetic appeal. Operate tools such as ohmmeters and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to test electrical circuits and automate building systems. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and asset history. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests related to facility issues or repairs. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or hotel maintenance roles with a strong mechanical background. Knowledge of schematics, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, welding techniques, and residential painting. Ability to operate tools such as ohmmeters and PLCs confidently for troubleshooting purposes. Familiarity with CMMS software for managing work orders and maintenance logs. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to electrical work, welding, and general facilities upkeep. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and guests effectively. Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to oversee maintenance projects or junior staff.
