Full-time Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by conducting maintenance activities and providing technical support.Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment and machinery in optimal condition.
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to maintenance requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
- Be able to perform preventative maintenance and keep rooms and public areas looking nice and new.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is a MUST.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
- Knowledge of industrial electrician work, plumbing, and HVAC/R systems and working with a pool & spa is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
