We are looking for an individual to become an integral part of our Maintenance Team.

Requirements:

General mechanical knowledge, painting, carpentry & etc. Ability to handle snow removal and general landscaping. Flexibility with scheduling & availability to workdays or evenings as well as weekends & holidays. Able to lift up to 40 pounds. Able to bend, stretch and stand for extended periods of time. The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Valid Drivers License (required) Reliable Transportation (required)Applicants must have their own tools.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
